Being a mom is very hard yet rewarding work! I applaud the moms that can look fabulous while getting the job done. Every week I am going to highlight a “Hot Mom”. I define a Hot Mom as a mother that takes care of her children and still handles her business. Looking fabulous while doing it is the cherry on top. 😉

This weeks Hot Mom is Marlene Taveras. I asked her some questions about her motherhood experience and here is what she said.
How old are you?
I’m 34
Where are you from?
Bronx, NY. I am of Dominican descent.
How old is your daughter?
1 year
What is your favorite thing about being a mom?
Watching my daughter, laugh, learn and grow. It’s the most fulfilling feeling in the world.
What has been your funniest moment being a mom thus far?
The funniest – she was just a few days old, we were at her 1st photoshoot and she wasn’t happy about being woken up for this shoot. They ask you to bring them when they’re sleepy but we accidentally woke her. She gave all of us a hard time, but while in the photographers hands she was calm and serene so we proceeded and thought she’d fall out.
She didn’t! So we snapped pics and she looked upset in all of them. When I picked her up to change her position I discovered that she pooped all over the bottom of the reef, which has gorgeous fabric as decoration ? I was so embarrassed!
