We spent our weekend in Killington, Vermont with family and close friends. It was such a relaxing and fun time. I was able to catch up on some much needed naps 😉 Our cabin was nice and big so everyone got their own room.  We had a game area, pool table, jacuzzi and other cool amenities. We had food for days! You know when you get fresh groceries and you keep opening the fridge getting snacks? That was me all weekend!

The first day was spent on the slopes for everyone.  AnnDrew was with us, so I skipped skiing. Instead her and I went for walks exploring the beauty of Vermont. The weather was nice (around 60 degrees) so it was perfect. I showed her some horses and she was definitely not impressed LOL. When everyone got back we cooked dinner and just enjoyed the rest of the night… Even when the snow started and made the power go out! I was nervous so I kept getting more plates of food to eat in case that was my last cooked meal of the weekend haha! Once the power came back on, we were up for most of the night.  We woke up and cooked the best breakfast spread– french toast, Belgian waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage and fruits.

Sunday, was freezing (29 degrees) and of course this was the day we decided to get in the jacuzzi, but we had fun.  It reminded me of the Blue Lagoon…kind of lol! The rest of the time, we relaxed and it was much needed.

Enjoy some of our favorite pics from the weekend…
