Classic cut, wide-leg trousers will never go out of style! You can wear them during any season and there are so many different styles to choose from. There are culottes, wide leg split pants, basketball pants or the high tie waist pants. I, personally, love the high tie waist. They are flattering on anyone and are so stylish!

One of the most universally flattering pant styles is the wide-leg trouser. For spring and summer, this fail-safe shape is the silhouette for a tailored look, and modernized with paper-bag waists, punchy patterns, and slouchy fits. The key to pulling off a variety of wide-leg pants is a great fit and knowing what variations work well with key players in your wardrobe like tees, button downs, tanks, and, of course, accessories.

Here are my 5 reasons to wear wide leg pants:

They can lengthen your legs

If you are on the shorter side and you wear wide leg pants with heels, it may give you an illusion of some inches in height lol!

They can cover up a muffin top

If you have a little extra love around the waist area, a high tie waist wide leg pant can conceal that area and slim it down.

They are comfortable

There is nothing better than a comfortable pant. Wide leg pants have nothing but air and room in them and nobody minds a little extra breeze now and then lol.

They give you some shape

This is especially useful if you have a rectangle shape. If you accent the waist and your wide leg pants fit you good in the waist then you will end up with a nice shape.

They are fashionable

Last but not least, these pants are of course fashionable! They can be worn in any season and to most occasions.
