PREVIEWING THE NEW FALL TRENDS AT THE JCPENNEY X BRIT + CO EVENT

I was invited to attend the JCPenney x Brit + Co event in Lower East Side, NYC, hosted by Ali Fedotowsky yesterday and had an awesome time! If you didn’t know, as I am sure you are all aware, JCPenney is a one-stop shopping spot with a whole lot of stylish and affordable fashion and beauty merchandise. They have great on-trend pieces at affordable prices.

I had so much fun at the event (AnnDrew-less lol so I was sippin on my dranks!!). We got Caramel Apple Mimosa’s (which taste like heaven in a glass I might add), ate great appetizers and mingle with a bunch of fashionistas. What could be better?!

Some of my event highlights included…

The photo booth/station, which everyone loved. The Party Wave Bar was super cool because women got to get their hair done with effortless waves in a matter of minutes. The Two Tone Lip Bar was transforming looks, okkkk!! The lip color looked nice on every skin tone and it added a nice jazz to the women. The DIY statement earring station was so unique! I have never seen that at an event.

I loved seeing all of the cute clothing items and shoes that JCPenney has to offer now. New Fall Trends that we got to preview includes:

Out of all of the fall trends I saw at the event, I loved the fashion sweatshirts and the sleeve detail items. The denim jeans with the pearls were great also. I think the pearls add a nice flare to jazz the denim up and I would definitely pair those jeans with one of the cute sweatshirts or jackets. The outfit I wore was from the Project Runway Collection. I am definitely going to remix the pants with a bunch of tops because they are so versatile and cute. There we so many women there wearing JCPenney clothing, and you would’ve thought they were in expensive clothing based on the look of the quality!

Ali Fedotowsky was the host and she was super cool. She classifies herself as a shopaholic on a budget. Since I know quite a few shopaholics on a budget, and I sent them to see the new JCPenney collection lol. One of my girlfreinds text me saying she went to JCPenney this week and got 2 dresses and 3 shirts and was so surprised with all of the cute items they carried.

Like I always say, I love cute fashion for less and mixing highs and lows. With the new fall collection, you can totally do that. The items are quality, on-trend and affordable.
