Before I had my daughter, I used to always say that I was never going to drive a minivan when I had kids. I know a minivan is the classic “mom car”, but they are just not cute lol! I don’t like the bubble look, the shape, any of it!! If you know me, then you know I am a SUV girl. I love trucks and I feel that they are a better-looking alternative to the minivan with the same safety and cool features as a minivan.
This past weekend I got to experience the 2020 Buick Enclave Essence! It is a social and stylish SUV for families who need its class-leading space. If you are pregnant/have children and shopping around for a stylish safe family car – look no further. This car has so many new features and looks great! I wanted to share some of my favorites from my experience.
First of all, this car has 4G LTE WiFi. You read that right – WiFi! The Enclave Essence is its own hotspot and can pair up to 7 devices. This is perfect since the vehicle can seat up to seven passengers. Imagine a long road trip and someone has work to do. They can plug up to the USB and the WiFi and make it happen. This is great for parents with kids that love to use their tablets/ iPads. It’s a win-win for everyone.
The second feature that I love is the hands free power liftgate. Now this is the most helpful feature ever. Imagine holding a baby, bags and whatever else then having to get something out of the trunk. Nothing but a struggle. With the hands free power liftgate, all you have to do is wave your foot under the buick light logo and the trunk opens. I love it!!
The last favorite feature I want to share with you all is the quiet tuning. The 2020 Enclave Essence utilizes triple door sealing, acoustic laminated glass, specific suspension tuning and other technologies to reduce, block and absorb unwanted noise. This way, passengers that sit in the back row can hear what the drivers are saying with no problem. It blocks out all outside noise. Perfect when there are sleeping children in the car. I hate when my daughter is sleeping and cars are next to me honking. Oh man, that burns me up. This is the perfect solution for that.
I would recommend this car to anyone that is in the market for a new family car. There are so many other features I did not highlight, as the ones I mentioned were my favorites. This car is definitely the new cool mom car!
