Date night in Turks and Caicos… sign me up! Date nights are not a luxury, they are a necessity. I love a good date night just like the next woman. Sometimes it can be hard to get in some quality time with all of the work obligations, kids schedules and other life happenings.
Couples who build date nights into their relationships experience better communication, greater affection and gratitude for the other, and a desire to spend more time together. Date night provides a welcome entertainment so couples can return to focusing on important issues without distractions. The date night experience indicates that the partners are taking the relationship seriously and willing to invest in it. Both contribute to alleviating stress for the other during enjoyable events.
Our daughter had a few days off from school, so we decided to take date night and turn it into a date trip in Turks! We stayed at The Shore Club and we loved it! I am always working, so this break was so needed. I love just sitting outside on the beach doing absolutely nothing while having endless Pina Coladas. We went to different restaurants, different beaches and even went out to get some drinks. Breaks from the kids are needed and appreciated. It’s funny because I love to have breaks from the kids, but while I’m away from them, I look at their pics and watch their videos all day LOL. I know I am not the only one that does this….
Below are some links to the looks I wore on the trip. If the link isn’t there, then unfortunately the item was sold out. Swimsuits not listed here were purchased at PLT.
Some other pieces I brought on my trip..
