I saw this super cute idea on Pinterest a few weeks ago and decided to share it with you moms that have teething babies. Babies love breastmilk and they love frozen teething rings…combine the two and you get frozen milk pops! How freakin cute is that idea! There are a few different ways you can do it, but the end result is a soothed teething baby.

What you will need:

  • Fresh expressed breast milk
  • Ring popsicle molds (can be purchased at numerous retailers. Here is the link for the ones sold at Target)
  • Freezer
  • Your baby 😉

Step 1 – You first need to start by pumping some milk.

Step 2 – Pour the milk into the molds up to the fill line. (I would suggest washing the molds in warm soapy water first)

Step 3 – Put the ring handle tops on over the milk.

Step 4 – Place the breastmilk molds into the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 5 – Take the pops out and serve!

You can also follow the same steps to make frozen fruit pops!
